No, the groundhog is random. I hated our former mayor for dropping a groundhog, resulting in fatal injuries to the rodent.

Many years ago ironically though we're planning a trip in March to go to one in CT.

Florida, actually. If GS had willing to move to Florida, then I would have been living there five years ago.
