I drove a U-Haul once.

What's the longest you ever had to wait on a line?
 
About three hours at an amusement park which had just opened. It was about 1960.

What is the most you ever had to pay for car repairs?
 
$2,000 for a head gasket on my old car.

When's the last time you owned a car?
 
I moved to Manhattan in August 1978 and sold my car the same month to a woman from New Jersey. (It was a two-year-old Dodge Colt.)

When was the last time that you got a ticket (either for a moving violation or for parking)?
 
About 4 years ago I got one near where I work for "speeding" at 30MPH in a school zone.

What's the fastest you've ever driven in a car?
 
When I was 18 years old and foolish, and had just acquired a new Ford Mustang, I drove at 100mph on Interstate 80 near Hackensack, NJ. I was not stopped for speeding, there being (by good luck) no cops around.

When was the worst traffic jam in which you were stuck?
 
November 2018 during a freak snowstorm it took me 5 hours to get home from work when it normally takes me 15-20 minutes. Unreal.

What's the most tired you ever felt?
 
When I had a bad case of the flu in the late 1990's, I was totally exhausted for about three days, barely able to stay awake for 12 hours a day.

Where would you go if you won a free one-week vacation to anywhere?
 
lunch (because it is often my only hot meal of the day)

What is one food you used to love as a kid but rarely eat any more?

Yes, I have noticed that the days are getting longer.

The Rockefeller Preserve (that's where we go over 300 days a year).

Who's the one team you think might surprise people during the baseball season?
 
I think that the Cleveland Guardians are underrated and could win the AL Pennant this year (if they stay healthy).

Who will win the Stanley Cup this year?
 
I'm going to guess the Boston Bruins.

Would you rather deal with a rainy/foggy day or a snowy/windy day?
