From what I'm reading from both Monkeydudets2 and Phineas, this is a first to hear since many of those tickled ladies in the stocks are 18 and over (in those clips that are 20 to 25 years old[since a majority of those clips were filmed in the late 90s to the early-to-mid 2000s])
It doesn't matter how old someone may or may not be now, or even then. What I said was, "none of those ladies have been verified as being of legal age" at the time of filming. What that means is, their age was not legally verified as per 18USC2257 prior to them stepping on camera. One of the bits of paperwork that a video producer needs to fill out is a thing that says "yes, I checked her identification. Here's the ID she presented. Here's the ID number on that identification. Here's the date I inspected it. Here's my signature, certifying that I did this."
Also, "many"? English is only my first language and all, but "many" is not the same as "all". Every video that appears on Pornhub must comply with 18USC2257, and on top of that, you are not allowed to upload any video that you don't hold the copyright for. All of this is clearly spelled out on their website.
and any of those renfaire compilation owners(such as Marco[the man who sold renfaire compilations years ago])
One fact that most people don't know is that the Canelli organizers banned Marco from the faire once they found out what he was doing, so clearly he wasn't allowed to be filming in the first place. Regardless...
haven't singlehandedly filed any major lawsuits against adult forums(such as this one) and video clip sharing places(such as YouTube and Pornhub) or have ever enabled the law to have those clips immediatety taken down, otherwise these clips would no longer be in any form of existence.
Do you seriously believe that the fact that something isn't legal means that it doesn't occur? There is loads of violating material posted to various websites every second of the day. It's done in such vast quantities that nearly every site in existence says "we can't monitor this stuff. If you see it, report it and we'll take it down" - which they clearly are, even if they're not getting all of it. Hell, even when it's taken down, particularly stubborn people in this very community just put it right back up, because they have more free time on their hands than the content moderators.
That said, it doesn't require a lawsuit and that lawsuit wouldn't go anywhere anyway. All that needs to happen is a DCMA takedown notice... and I'd wager the reason no one's "sued" is because they can't prove they own the video, because the video was shot under legally sketchy circumstances anyway, and now you have to explain why your videos of women with no ID are somehow plastered all over PornHub.
Or, he could be dead. Who knows.
