Lov-ing-thiiissss! The good news just keeps rolling in. I hope the beta goes smoothly 😀 Oh man, I can't wait! Next month is going to be so wonderful.

Ah Screamer, once Xtreme gets the game translated you best be ready for all of our criticism and praises and any hidden bugs we find lol

And as a side note to those above - we should TOTALLY make a TT team in LoL! Awesome idea lol might even start inspiring some LoL related art on here.
 
Beta testing is going smooth!
No particulary errors/bug to report....but a little update!

-I'm not only testing!Graphic improvements are on the list too (Clouds/Fog effects, map design, ecc)
-In LO, there were at least 70 enemies, but not all of them were "fighters" (Torture mode was a "battle" too, remember?)
In KP, the situation is different!Torture Mode is now integrated into dialogues....that means, at least 80 REAL enemies are waiting for Alice! (Poor girl..)
-First boss after 1 hour of game
-You can't access immediatly all locations....
-It's possible to escape if your agility is high enough!
-If there's a bed, you can rest
-There's only one chance to view the Final Boss data into the Codex
 
Ive been having a problem with controls on LO (not sure if this is the place to bring it up or not...)
But on LO, and all the other games ive tried like it (Cackling Cave...) as soon as i start, it automatically makes me move left, and i cannot control the game at all.
Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it?
 
Heh. I hope I don't no one finds any errors when I translate. I'll let you know if there's a line in the game i'm having trouble with Screamer.

80 actual enemies?? Man, that's a lot of girls to tickle. :ggrin:
Let me make sure i'm getting this right. It's gonna be 80 girls Alice "fights". Does that mean there are additional girls Alice gets to tickle just for the sure pleasue of it?

Also, Xtreme, when the game is finished and fully translated, if you'd like, I can go though it and grammar check everything to make sure all the dialouge is right and flows well.

I'm also curious what kind of info to codex will contain. Like a small bio. Ticklish spots, ect...

Question question!

Do dialogues appear during battle for Torture Mode or are they outside of battle?

I would assume that high agility = escape means we can't escape 100% of the time now guaranteed. It would be safe to assume we can't escape from boss battles either, right?

Is it safe to sleep in EVERY bed you find, or could there be consequences?

This is what really has me curious - does this mean we can only get the Final Boss in our Codex if we go at her a certain way? Do we need a special item or quest finished to unlock her Codex entry?


Gaaahhh I can't wait to play this with all the new weather and environment effects! So much to do, so many girls to tickle (or be tickled by) :wub Fingers crossed the beta keeps going smoothly!

-No, "escape" is disabled during boss fights
-I don't remeber....seriously! :stickout
-Nope, you've only one chance after the battle to access the Codex Menu
-Yeah, it's going real smooth!
 
Just wanted to pop in and tell Screamer to keep up the good work. We're already at beta testing? Sounds great. Just like everyone else, I'm looking forward to the release (and I'll sleep in all the beds anyway, even if they aren't safe!)
 
Gah! I thought it was beta testing now? Are you still adding stuff?? (Not that I'm complaining mind you lol :stickout)

Let's hope it's a day or two before the 20th. Still, 5 days before Christmas gives us a nice headstart. 🙂 Less than 3 weeks to go, uggghhh this is torture!
 
I'm hoping i'll be able to release an english translation before christmas. Though around 5 days might be impossible for a game this large. :/

You're not alone, man. Tust me, you're not alone.

Xtreme: It would be awesome if you can translate the game and have it ready before Christmas, but don't try and rush it. I'd rather you take your time and do it right. Make it as close to perfect as possible.

This. Also, don't forget to spend some time with family, friends, significant others... pets? We'll live if we have a white but Kusuguru-less Christmas. I want the translation done right, and done yesterday, but I'd rather not have a burnt out Xtreme in the process.
 
Getting the game translated just before or around Christmas would be an unfair task to ask of someone. I can wait to after New Years for it.
