Should fake tickle model be paid?

You should of just asked her if you could suck her toes for 20 minutes or something like that then paid her the full amount that way you could of at least got something out of it lol

I hate to sound like a hard ass....but I say NO. Not at all....and don't feel sorry about it. I too have had the same scenario and have been painfully explicit about the person needing to be genuinely ticklish, only to have had better reactions from a rock (not that I tickle a lot of rocks...but you get the point). You found someone who clearly just wanted the cash and would have been anything you asked her to be, as long as she got paid.

My take on it is this....you offered good money and asked for a specific attribute. Only after the shoot began did she tell you she was only ticklish sometimes. Well....the money is good ALL the time....so therefore, so should the service that you requested. She wasted your time and efforts and wouldn't have felt bad about taking that $50.

Don't feel bad man. I would have done the same thing.

Even if she would have faked, it would have been better than the absence of reaction she gave.

I wouldnt give her anything.She told you she was ticklish.She obviously lied to try and get free money,not cool.I have purchased alot of clips and 9 out of 10 from all the producers are obviously fake.I dont care who you are,people can tell the difference between real tickling and fake.Even if they were ticklish the ticklers werent really trying to tickle.Even some of the laughs are fake.I was really upset that I paid for fake tickling clips.I feel you made the correct choice.Just my opinion.

My thought is...... You hired the girl because she was ticklish. End result she was not. Plus she was tired, why? Did she party too much the night before? To you this was a job, she did not fulfill the requirements of the job. Just like any interview you go into, if you are not qualified you don't get hired. If you lie on your application you will eventually be fired. So NO you should not pay her.

This is why I do not hire people for the videos I do. I only have guys/gals that enjoy tickling and are ticklish. I feel that this is the only way to get real content. Anyone can fake a laugh with tickling. This is not what "true" tickling fans want to see. They want real tickling and real laughing.

Just my thoughts on the subject.

This exactly. Plus next time you should be very clear about the terms in which she would be paid. Otherwise you end up getting a bunch of junkies who think they can fake their way through it and make easy money. As with any situation that involves money exchange for services, you should have a contract that is very clear on all the terms.

no. this is an important issue and is arguably THE most important issue when it comes to producing content. so i would say nothing can be more current......and i say the kill fee should be half, IF you are feeling kind..

I'm in agreement. Although if i had been in your siyuation i may have just asked her to leave. I mean granted that she made the effort and such but if i'd gotten my hopes up about something like this then i'd be pretty frustrated if it turned out she wasnt ticklish. But hell if shes already there then make the most of it

I think you have to put this down to experience (aka the price of an education). Otherwise you might find yourself inviting some unwanted legal comeback, if you don't pay the amount promised.

Probably a more detailed questionarre, and pre telephone interview might be a way to avoid a scenario like this (i.e. if the girl giggles a little when talking about tickling, chances are she is).

ok, she perpetrated a fraud to enter into a contract. that's it in a nut shell. she deserved no compensation, as had she been truthfull, she would have been told no, don't show up. why not let her learn what happens when she lies?

Ticklishness really isn't the sort of thing that can be 100% proven or counted upon. Maybe she is ticklish sometimes, when some people tickle her.

Either way, I echo what Rob said on page one. I'd have given her something for showing up, and in order to keep goodwill. Not the full 50, though.
