Sick of idiots posting my content

By that logic, I want you to come over to my house and do a bunch of free work for me, and then for the neighbors too. I wouldn't have hired/paid someone for it anyways, and neither would they. Since you are capable of doing it, you should just do it and provide free labor to me. It probably wont be up to my standards anyways.

Maybe you did not get what I said right. Some tickle abuse videos start nice and erotically, but then the tickler gets brutal. Tasha and Taylor are champions to this shit. Now if I see some erotic tickling in the preview, buy the video and see more brutal tickling I would be pissed. Besides many video sites are still not available in Romania. Another shit the protection of Dragon Age. Pirate version runs better, because that fucking protection slows it down. Now, should I pay for it and have it drag like a ***** with crabs on barbed wire or should I get it for free and have it run fast. Decisions...

You didn't forget that we were founded by Catholics and Puritans who though England was too raucous for the safety of their immortal souls, did you?

Since I've been "clean" for about 15 years, I shall. I used to send Tommy links to wherever I'd see his stuff posted without authorization. I eventually stopped; I would be at it the bulk of the day, it is all so prevalent now with those "expensive" $9.99 clips showing up everywhere. You know, out of "curtesy."

Is tickling more depraved than other porn?

Sonny and Big Apple are correct. With something like this, you have to go for the juggular and make sure those individuals are held accountable. I have invested a considerable amount of time and effort with changing things to curve the piracy and thankfully its been a success. Apple, you are correct that I do have the ability to trace back an upload or share to the original source and I have done that on a few occasions. Once I did, I was sure to hold those individuals accountable and have successfully sued a few. Since then, I noticed a huge shift and hardly find my content shared anymore. So, it was worth the effort.

As far as what to do from here, I believe the answer is don't allow the user to even download the content in the first place going forward. Hard to upload something you don't physically have on your hard drive 🙂.

Sadly, it's some bad apples in our very own community who are to blame for this and my advice to TA is to hold them accountable however you can. If the future of videos goes down the drain from here, any individual who shares/uploads videos needs to look in the mirror...for you are part of the problem! While I don't necessarily agree with the direction of videos in today's market, I empethize with the piracy aspect because it really does screw the community in the end and some just do not care. It's very sad... but those are the same people who will ask later (what happened to the days of quality videos?). I think we will see a gradual decline of quality content and fewer producers in general if this doesn't stop. It will only get worse. Will be interesting to see what the future holds.

I think I remember Sidious making some big post about how he was redoing his whole process of clip selling production and made it so he could tell which video came from which person. Maybe changed the file size ever so slightly for each video. I don't remember exactly

Can't say I blame you. I am sure some of your past models have moved on, and aren't happy with people finding their faces on porn hub or xvideos. Then they get the Belle Knox treatment. There's got to be something in the guy code that is opposed to finding on adult entertainers.

I wish you well.

It fucking pisses me off, too. Especially when "fans" try to chat me up on Facebook about tickling and want to be friends with me and all that AND THEN they tell me that they are such a big fan because they saw my videos on PORNHUB. I tear them a new asshole when they tell me that shit. I say that I only chat with REAL fans who are actually supporting my endeavors not making it so I make less money and have to get a different job and can't shoot tickling videos anymore. That's what these people apparantely don't realize. Fairly soon PORN is only going to be shot by Manwin, the company who owns all the Tube sites, basically Brazzers. The same thing is going to happen with tickle videos unless people start having some integrity.

Just take a compliment perhaps? I release my label music thru beatport, itunes etc but if a fan told my they heard my track on youtube and loved it, certainly that warrants a simple "thanks"?

The comparison's not accurate. Addie and Tommy have already established their businesses, they don't need the added exposure of "free" sites to publicize their work. Those sites cost them more in revenue than they give back in advertising.

This.

While I don't support piracy, too often we see misdirected hostility over it. While I can understand and agree with the frustration expressed by producers, it makes no sense to me for producers to lash out at people simply for viewing the wrongfully posted material. In his opening post, Tommy more rightfully directs his wrath where it belongs....at those who post it, rather than those who view it.

Props to xionking for recognizing the difference.

When every business starts, they would give their left testicle just to get noticed. Making an effort to stopper 'piracy' is one thing, but slamming fans is a sure way tank a business fast. When one is king of the mountain, one must take care not to slip on the banana peel of one's own hubris.

Good luck with that. Apparently, you're supposed to be thankful that someone chats you up on Facebook and wants to talk to you about tickling, and then tells you he's enjoying your work without paying for it. What you're supposed to be thankful for, I'm not quite sure, since he's already admitted he's not a customer.

This is so true. Literally every week I am taking down videos from so many sites. I have reported almost over 100 videos this month alone. It kills all producers because 2 of my models totally dropped after someone they know found them on pornhub >.>

Well said. This is what Addie's white knights seem to overlook. We're talking about fans. Those who appreciate the content and style of her art. What good does it do to attack them? Is it at all reasonable to believe they'll react with, "Oh shit, I'm sorry! I'll go ahead and pay for them, just PLEASE don't be angry with me"?

The fans are not the ones to be alienating. Piss them off, and all you will accomplish is to give them motivation to go out of their way to avoid paying the producer a dime, even if that's the only way to get the material.

It makes much better business sense to stay on good terms with the fans while simultaneously going after the pirates. That way, when the piracy is stopped, the fans will be happy to pay for the material they can no longer get for free, because they weren't besmirched, belittled, or beheaded by the object of their fandom. Everybody wins.

Oh please. It's not as if they write me one message complimenting me and go on their freeloadin' way. They want to chat with me FOREVER and become best buds.

It seems there will always be a disparity between people in the industry (or those who can at least see their perspective) who spend their time and money producing a product, and people who think they're entitled to something, just because they jack off to it. It's a business. A fan who steals is not a customer, but apparently, you're supposed to be nice to them, in case the person who's stealing your product eventually decides to become a customer. That's a "prospective" customer you can afford to lose. If they were big enough fan to buy, they'd have already done so.

Yup. Thank you for acknowledging this, Wolf. I do my store, DVDs, model shoots, sessions, phone sex ALL just to make enough money to live aight on. I'm not rich. I busted my ass for 10 years to allow myself to work a little less now and just do ok. Luckily, I'm not materialistic and I'm good with managing money.

Exactly. When this because a full time commitment it takes money. So when you attempt to make money and sell what you have and people pirate it, you lose far to much. Just one popular video being exposed to 1000 people for 4 days can cost 200-15000 dollars. So people need to realize that the 5-20 dollars it costs to get a simple clip is you actually helping as a fan. It helps us as producers make more of what YOU want. I actually hope you come back into the game Addie. One of the first clips I ever saw was with you in it and it was amazing. One day I hope we work together since I think the scene needs you back

I'm back, baby! No worries on that front. I just wish I could focus MORE on tickling but I have to shoot other things that I don't enjoy as much sometimes like PORN to make ends meet. :/

Trust me I am a full time student and photographer so balancing my tickle videos can be rough. And its funny because unlike most producers I have over 50 girls who can and want to shoot 🙁 its just money, time, and the proper female tickler. So I fully understand

Let's be clear. Posting copyrighted videos to Pornhub and other similar sites is stealing, because it's a violation of copyright laws. Somebody who subsequently VIEWS that illegally posted material isn't stealing anything. There is no law against such viewing. They are not contributing to the crime in any way. That pirated video will be there regardless of whether or not somebody looks at it. It's pure idiocy to suggest that anyone who looks at these videos does so out of a sense of entitlement. It's simply more cost effective to look at the free version, and no amount of guilt-tripping will change that. Ergo, it makes more sense to go after those who are doing the pirating.

This!!

Taylor swift recently won a battle with apple about free content.
I'm pretty sure publicly, she'd be thankful for fans regardless of how they came across her content (how she reacts privately could be a different story but is less relevant as this is a public forum.) As a celebrity, her image has a lot to do with sales and marketing. And she effectively targeted the enablers, not consumers, of problematic content.

Her production company, however, might be less publicly grateful, and even publicly angry about it. But that matters less because there's a separation between that and her public persona.

The analogy isn't perfect perfect because free doesn't equal pirated, but I'd bet she'd have the same reaction to fans regardless.

Aww with out a kill switch [if you're reading this thread for the first time, go 1 to 4 then come back here lol] you'll kill old videos that arnt even sell anymore! I mean... I get it and it sucks but some of my favorites were out back when I couldnt legally purchase them.
