The Continous Story Thread

The Giant walked with Kronor to the General Supply Store. He stopped by the river next to it and sat for a drink for a few minutes. He looked up at the clouds and sat with Krono to talk a few minutes. Then they headed to the General Supply Store. As they entered The Giant asked does this place have a cashier?

No worries said Kronor. I saved this place several times so I have a free running account with them. Get what you need ....just don't go crazy lol

 

[Edge]

The giant ducked his head to enter the store with Kronor. Any suggestions on what to grab the Giant asked his new magic man friend?

Kronor said. Good question. I would recommend things that last a long time like jerky or nuts. This way way to don't have to worry about stuff going bad.

 

[Edge]

The giant grabbed some nuts. This was one of his favorite foods. The Giant said to Kronor how'd you know these are my favorite? Do you have magic powers of reading minds too?

Hahaha laughed Kronor. Just a lucky guess my friend. I am not quite that magical. At least not yet.

What are you going to take Kronor? I'm ready to go when you are. These will last me quite a bit (the giant had taken all the nuts he could find).

I think I will take a bunch of beef jerky. Stuff lasts forever in a backpack and is always good for some quick energy. Said Kronor

Ok I'll trade you some nuts for beer jerky if we each get bored of what we're eating. The giant followed Kronor as they both left the market.

Sounds good to me my friend. Let's see if Xenos (magic man) gas what he needs. If he does we can head on out.

They went back to see Xenos who was waiting for them patiently. He seemed to be all ready to go. Xenos, are you ready for us to go with you? The Giant asked.

Yea I am all set. We best head out soon so we have time to set up camp. Gonna be a bit before we meet up with the next wizrd.

 

[Edge]

Who's the next wizard, asked the Giant? They began walking together...

The next closest wizard is Hyacin. She is a cold wizard. She should be able to help us a great deal.

 

[Edge]

The giant shivered. I don't like the cold! Maybe I should get a coat!

Lol well she won't freeze you unless you attack her. So I think you will be fine my friend.

Is she cute? Sorry can't blame a giant for asking. I'm single!
The giant showed he had a personality besides just being a big scary giant.

Lol she is hot as all heck and she is only 538 years old said Kronos. She is the oldest of all us mages.

I do like older women. How did you become the magic man that you are? I'd like to know while we take our journey.

Our group all had a interest in magic. We each chose a different discipline and then learned from s grandmaster. We stayed together all these years as close friends and help each other out. Takes a long time master any discipline in magic.

 

[Edge]

That's great. Since I don't remember who I was before turned into a giant I don't have any friends. In fact, you're becoming my new friend. How far do we have to go?

I am sure we will all be your friends. So don't worry about that. Hyacin should be just past those mountains up ahead.

 

[Edge]

They continued towards the mountains that the magic man pointed at and as they approached it they suddenly heard a loud noise which startled the giant. What was that? The giant asked.

Large blocks of ice were slamming into the sides of the mountains doing great damage and making a lot of noise. Xenos said quickly to relax everyone Hyacin is just warming up her skills..... though I suppose warming up is not the right term for hurtling massive ice blocks around. Lol

Yes said the giant. That startled me a little. I guess I seem silly being scared with my size but I wasn't always this size of course. And I still am uncertain who I was before this. It can be frightening but I'm thankful you are helping me.
