Awww thank you my friend. I am ok. The eye injections just hurt like he'll. Who would have thought sticking large needles into your eyes would hurt so bad 😛

On a lighter note I got contacts in 2013...went to the eye doctor he's like why you wearing glasses? You should have contacts. Took me 2 hours to get them in my eyes and I was terrified to take them out. I told him I don't think I can do this. He encouraged me. 12 years later worn them every single day and never had any eye issue or infection etc. from them. Was one of the best changes I made.

I am told by many that they correct vision better then glasses and once you use them most prefer them. My eyes are changing to much from swelling and bleeding to use glasses or contacts.
 
Yeah I'd never go back to glasses. I have them as a backup though to give my eyes a break around the house. They're just much more convenient especially when it's raining out and stuff.

I have cataracts growing. When they get large enough for surgery, I've been told that the surgery will also correct my vision so that I won't need glasses any more. I find that hard to believe.

Thanks my friend. 😀 I feel much better today. I am seeing better too. The shots help but they hurt like heck.

I had cataract surgery already. Apparently diabetes accelerates ithe growth of cataracts. The surgery does let in a lot more light so you will see a lot better.

I am fearful of all surgery, but that does give me something that I can look forward to.

The eye is much like a camera. The more light that gets in the better the images you see, That's the difference between an expensive DSLR camera and a point and shoot. The former has a much bigger lens and lets in lots more light.

Ah, I didn't that, likely because I've never owned an expensive camera.

My cellphone was very expensive, but it is not that great as a camera.
On the subject of cellphones, I don't know why people still call them that when they are really handheld computers. Yes, these handheld computers can make telephone calls, but most people I know use them for phone calls less than 10% of the time. Most of the time they are using them for internet browsing, texting, making short videos, taking photos, or game playing.

Smartphones is a little better term but you are right they are just small laptops really. Some of these phones specialize more in taking pics and videos. Others not so much like my phone. Still a good starter DSLR goes for 500 to 600 and is excellent at pictures.
 
Not going to lie I'm lost without my cell phone/computer whatever you wanna call it...and the SSF!
