Thanks, you guys. It really sucks right now that they're treating my brother so horribly. It was only a pop refill. Probably not even worth a dollar. Hopefully a judge will see how stupid it is and throw it out. Right now I'm spreading the news about how horrible they are and maybe even take venray's advice and go to our local news station.

This is a great approach especially if its a public company that has stocks. The fall in its stock could cost those on the board LOTS of money. Many many pop refills.🙂 At that point they might even settle or do something just to get their good name back and help boost up stocks. The only thing to make sure of is not to make anythng up and dont let loose a bunch of insults either. If you just say exactly what happened the company cant countersue for spreading false allegations against them.

True I have not heard of them either. A little investigating should help her, could be Cash Wise is owned by a bigger public company. One that would not like any bad press at all. 🙂
