The Self Referential Thread

Not having stockholders would remove one way to pressure them. 🙁
😀 😛

Coborn Info:

Coborn's, Incorporated Company Profile

Coborn's hopes you'll stop by at your convenience. The regional grocery chain runs about 35 Coborn's and Cash Wise Foods stores in Minnesota and North and South Dakota, as well as stores under the Holiday, Little Dukes, and Save-A-Lot banners. It supplies its stores with baked goods, deli items, and meat from its own central bakery and DBC Foods manufacturing plant, which Coborn's also owns. Along with its grocery stores, the firm owns and operates convenience, liquor, and video stores, and pharmacies. Founded in 1921 when Chester Coborn started a single produce market, the company opened its first Cash Wise Foods store in 1979 and its first convenience store in 1986. Coborn's is owned by its employees.

The company is privately held by its employees it seems. 🙁

They seem to treat their employees like criminals, judging from Nemesis' story. 🙁

😀 😛

A few things I know about companies. Sometimes the higher ups dont know how stupidly their managers are acting. So often if you contact a Executive politely and tell him your situation you can get positive results.

If I were nemesis I would try to contact the CEO or CFO and politiely explain the situation. Especially like this makes your company look real bad and the court case will cost lots and its all over less then a dollar pop refill.

😀 😛

Yes, that information might help Nemesis. 😀 😛

Hopefully it does. 😀 If the business executives have any brains they will not like spending lots of money to make their company look bad and may put and end to this whole thing before it even gets started. 😀
