A few things I know about companies. Sometimes the higher ups dont know how stupidly their managers are acting. So often if you contact a Executive politely and tell him your situation you can get positive results.

If I were nemesis I would try to contact the CEO or CFO and politiely explain the situation. Especially like this makes your company look real bad and the court case will cost lots and its all over less then a dollar pop refill.

Hopefully it does. 😀 If the business executives have any brains they will not like spending lots of money to make their company look bad and may put and end to this whole thing before it even gets started. 😀
