Pricechopper. I understand how the economy is bad and everything: some people just can't pay for what they need and are really hungry.

But then you have people that could pay and don't. In the produce section, I've seen people open a two pound bag of grapes, and eat the whole thing so when they get to the register, it's free. :dom:
