I think when you bust your ass all year for a company, the company should treat their employees with a bonus because it shows that they appreciate your hard work. 😀 If it weren't for the employees the company would fall flat on its face. 😀

Yea I agree. I knew when I worked for the explosives company the guy did not give squat. There was a Doggie Shampoo company where the owner had a party all day for his employees. I was thinking damn I am making explosives, risk blowing myself to bits and my employer cant even give us a little party. 🙁 The Doggie Shampoo guy was great. I should have worked for him. 😛

Yea it was strange there was bits of burning sodium metal all behind me that had actually burned into the floor. The trajectory was such it should have hit me first. It looked like all the bits of metal had dodged around me. Very strange. 🙂
