I saw my ophthalmologist this morning.

I still have the effects of the eye drops that dilate the pupils.

That is quite annoying.

It's cold out and getting colder.

I don't like it but I'm dealing with it.

It should be milder next week which I look forward to.

For me the effects lasted about 6 hours.

During those 6 hours both my computer screen and television screen seemed blurry.

That took away two of my favorite activities.

When I see my retinologist I can't post here for a day.

That really bums me out as well lol.

Being unable to post for a day is ghastly.

That is a big drawback to being out of town without internet access.

Having computer problems is another ghastly way that posting is prevented. 🙁

Saturday I got locked outside of my car.

My car key battery which is 12 years old has been struggling to open the car and the key does not unlock the car (only locks it).

My brother came and we went across the street to an auto part store and got a new batter which now works perfectly well.

So, I made very few posts yesterday.

Juan Soto signed with the Mets.

He received a $765,000,000.00 contract (including a signing bonus) for 15 years.

That is the largest baseball contract ever, obviously.

Juan Soto is a New York Met.

It will hurt the Yankees but I don't blame them as they offered a crazy amount of money.

Soto wanted every dollar he could get and that's his choice.
