I had a really fine dinner last night.

It included French Dip.

French Dip is essentially a sandwich (on a baguette) of thin sliced roast beef topped with provolone cheese and onions, with a dipping container of beef broth produced from the cooking process on the side.

I have a cousin who lives in Altadena.

She and her husband evacuated and are safe. 😀

But their house burned down. 🙁

I think that I'm getting used to this winter being cold.

She's remarkably composed for someone whose house is a total loss.

In her 80's now, she is just glad that she and her husband are alive.

I hate medical tests

I know that it is a phony, silly holiday.

I'm lucky I work with my best friend and we laugh through most of the craziness.

I'm looking forward to pizza tonight and the weekend ahead.

The 15th blood test showed that he was suffering from anemia.

It is not funny when you are the patient.

He had a heart attack
