I got a haircut yesterday.

I got a beard trim also.

They charge just as much for the trim as for the haircut.

It's been a long and cold January.

But who knows what February will hold.

I do notice it's light at 5PM now which is nice.

I will go to the Senior Center for lunch today.

It is just one block north of me.

The food is good but not great there, and it is a bargain.

Hopefully all goes well

I am on my own since the state took my caregiver away

The lunch was better than average.

It was barbecued spare ribs, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli.

Also, free tea or coffee came with it.

We do have some wind though.

And a chance of a few showers or snow showers.

I have a tendency to overeat at buffets.

Was not easy since eyes are bleeding again

January feels like a long month.

I think the cold weather is what makes it seem longer.

It's ok though I've mostly enjoyed this month despite the lackluster weather.

Just have to prone I am disabled enough.

It's always the worst month.

Things are always very busy at my job but not as insane as January.
