I saw Goddess Shelly at 3pm today.

She stayed a few hours.

It was a fine visit.

I am glad that it is Friday.

I am looking forward to a quiet weekend.

And then i'll be excited to go back to work Monday.

I got to go with my friend and his kids to the beach this afternoon.

It was fun to do something different today.

They did the right eye

In 6 weeks they do the left eye

The laundry room in my building was untypically busy today.

As a result, it is taking me double to the time to get my laundry done.

You have to take care of yourself.

I try to eat somewhat healthy but also enjoy some tasty food like ice cream and pizza.

And then exercising is also important if you're able to.

The Cyclones had their worst game of the season last night.

They led 8-2 after five innings, but they lost the game, 10-9.

It was a sad ride home on the subway. 🙁
