We can and will accept folks right up to the opening of the gathering. E-mail Venray or myself, and we'll work to fit you in. In these days of tight cash, we know that sometimes folks need to make last minute choices about such things.

Hey Everybody!

There has been some discussion here and there across the TMF involving questions about bondage, particularly rope bondage.

I am a strong believer in empowerment through education; because of this I have been talking to Venray and I am going to be offering a completely free rope bondage workshop while we are in Albany. Ray, said this is going to take place sometime mid Saturday morning.

Whether you are a complete beginner, a novice or even slightly advanced at rope bondage you very well may gain some new knowledge and skills from the experience. Here's what is going to be covered:

Basics
  • Buying Rope
  • Preparing Rope
  • Rope Safety
  • Useful Knots

Simple Ties
  • Single Column Tie
  • Double Column Tie
  • Chain Braiding Rope
  • Making a bit gag from rope
  • Foot Bender

Decorative Harnesses/Advanced Ties
  • Dragonfly Sleeve
  • Japanese Box Tie
  • Ebi (Shrimp) Tie/Forced Bow
  • Hogtie

You may want to find a partner ahead of time. A partner isn't NECESSARY but is very, very helpful. And please bring two fifty foot lengths of nylon rope. I will have some extra, but I can't guarantee that I will have enough.
