Not the kind of story I'm comfortable reading, and certainly not the kind of story that really deserves praise. Non-con tickling is always outrageously risky, and doing it in a public setting is doubly so. I'd say that the author was damned lucky not to be staring at harassment charges in the wake of this incident.

Regarding the whole 'millennial/snowflake' debate, that doesn't come into it. I'm 29, and I don't get easily offended, but this is a question of basic decency and courtesy, and above all, respect. Things that in this instance, were sadly neglected.
