Ian Somerhalder (actor, Damon Salvatore in "The Vampire Diaries") is mega ticklish! He's been asked if and where he is ticklish on a couple of occasions early in his career, and has also admitted to considering being tickled on his feet a torture:

Filipino actor Enchong Dee seems to have ticklish feet. I can't verify if this is really his account but if it is, he says "SOBRA SYANG NAKAKAKILITI🙂", referring to his experience in a fish spa. This roughly translates to "IT'S VERY TICKLISH🙂". The fact that he writes it in all caps seems to indicate that he's emphasizing it, which probably means he found the experience extremely ticklish.

Update, 2016: Nathaniel Buzolic is more ticklish than he lets on - he got tickled during a Q&A with fans during a convention for The Originals. He was telling a story and decided to be cheeky and sit on Daniel Gillies' lap. Halfway through his story, Daniel put a hand around his waist and started tickling his side, wiggling and digging his fingers in. Nate tried to keep talking, but couldn't take it and started laughing. Daniel kep tickling him and making him laugh until he finally disentangled himself and went to stand away from Daniel, keeping an eye on him.
