I see this scene is listed in the forum's Celebrity Tickling Clips, but as we know, Mainstream or Celebrity Tickling Clip don't necessarily feature a truly ticklish celebrity.

I think this an instance of the discovery of a ticklish male celebrity.

The character Jack Quaid plays in the TV show "The Boys" is strapped down barefoot in a torture device.

I believe his laughter that increased almost to shrieking at the 1:19 mark is his true/not fake reaction to both of his upturned bare soles getting tickled at the same time, probably with fingernails, by one of the other actors, directors, or crew.

Then I think they edited in that audio clip with the video showing the actress using the flimsy tickling tool that I don't believe would've made him almost start shrieking like that.

Considering his earlier admission of having a ticklish neck, I think it's fair to say he is downplaying how ticklish he is or how many tickly spots he has... Perhaps someone should tickle him and find out? 😀
