Nick Bracks (actor, podcast host) is ticklish! He admitted it on his official twitter account after being asked directly by a fan. Since he seems to be barefoot most of the time, he'll definitely make a good tickle target:

More recently, Nick Bracks confirmed he is still very ticklish in a Personalised Video message. He was asked "Are you ticklish and, if so, where are you the most ticklish?" as part of a prompt. His answer was both honest and sexy:
