I just want to say thank illtcklu for saying that you want to meet me. I know people have their favorite people they want to meet but I still think that this kind of thread is silly and it turns into a popularity contest. I know there are people who said they'd like to meet everyone and I want to thank those people.

It's like Isabeau said, someone is bound to get hurt from this thread. I know I responded to this thread but I would say again that I would also like to meet everyone except for the people I've met already.

Well Ticklishgiggle I do happen to be a sensitive person and there's nothing wrong with that. By the way, it's more than just someone forgetting to mention my name. It's just I've been posting for about eight months now and I'd like to think that I've made a good enough impression on people that somebody would mention my name without me prompting it. After I mentioned something about not being on anyone's list, Illtcklu put me on his/hers list.


Anyhow, I think what you said is nasty.

If you note the title, it says "Name who YOU want to meet."

I'm not mad that nobody mentioned my name at all. I am a little hurt though, since I've written some stories, posted threads, and tried to make friends with people. I know I'm not here a lot, but I've been a member for over a year now, and it's been a joy to know that I'm not alone in this world.

But being the sporty guy that I am, here are the five I'd like to meet.

Primetime- He is a real talented writer, and he had nice things to say about my stories.

tklegal226- Clair is the only woman I know who digs the Red Sox, how can anyone not choose her.

ticklkitten- Despite the fact that we both reside in Michigan, she still doesn't want to meet me, whaz up wit dat! (Nah I'm just kidding ya kitty, like you said, it's hard to remember everybody)

Anna/Heather- Even though you both thought I was a girl at first. You two Aussies are awesome writers and I appreciate you taking the time to read my stuff.

ticklishjen- yeah hunny, I know who you are (well not literally) but I've read some of your posts and you seem cute, quirky, and funny.

Its too bad you didnt get to go to the Motown gathering. You would have met kitten and a few other of us Michiganians. I always enjoy meeting new people. I honestly don't believe that we have chatted.

This is more like a wish list. I couldn't even begin to name everyone that I want to meet. Jen I dont look at it as much as a popularity contest, as much as a wish list. As with any community, there are people that you become friends with and then there are people that you are barely aquainted with. I have a seen a few of your posts but we never actually chatted. Obviously I am going to list people like my good friend Cosmo or Kurch or Unit or Leafs or grrl or Sinner or Dave or Ticklee1973 or Luv2tickle69 other people that I have had numerous conversations with. See, the list could go on and on and on. Realistically, I would imagine that each one that posted will never get to meet everyone that they listed or that they want. Unfortunately I know I wont. Thats life. I feel that the best way to meet these people is by going to gatherings. Maybe you should think about going also.

ill start with the girl thats in my own state, tcklishredhed04, then moving to the state up north(a true Buckeye doesnt say the dreaded "M" word)..id say Sultry and Kitten, oh, let see, Ticklee from good ol minnesota and one of my first friends on here, Steph. If i didnt mention ya, dont worry, its not that I dont wanna meet ya, I just had to limit it to 5. haha

Well I really appreciate you adding me to your list Jersey Tickler, Isabeau and thank the three of you for all your kind words. As far as attending gatherings Sultry, since I live in Philly it might have been hard for me to have attended the tickle gathering in Michigan. I also attended this past NEST in Philly but I heard about it last minute from someone. I did have a good time there. I have me Deuce (A.K.A Kevin) from this forum who I have chatted with who also has AOL and he is the one who told me about and he went. He said he had a very good time too.

Wow, this is an old thread come back to haunt us, eh? I just re-read my original post and realized that I've met just about everyone I wanted to at the time. So, I guess it's time for another round of five I have yet to meet.

(There are a ton of people I want to meet, so if I know you and you weren't on the list, please don't be offended. These five are people I've wanted to meet for a long time, or recently for a very specific reason. You are probably #6! )

- Jeff. Plenty of reasons. I can't count the hours we've spent on the phone, but I'd love to spend one weekend in Vegas with Jeff.

- Kurchatovium. The man fascinates me and is probably as seriously unbalanced as I am.

- Ticklkitten. I'd love to talk Rand for awhile and see if we really were separated at birth...

- Marauder. Still haven't gotten to Germany to meet the Mad Goth yet, but someday....

- BigJim. Pretty much an excuse to be in England again, but I do wish to see how my Padawan is coming along.

If given the chance......everybody would want to meet everyone(except for the known trolls,assholes and Jerkoffs) and I don't think we would want to mention THOSE names publically. It would have the same effect of NOT mentioning the names of whom you WOULD want to meet. Some people have just started some sort of online relationship more closely than another if at all so it is only fair reasonable and logical that one would want to meet someone he/she have already started something with on some level.

Honestly there is no way I can choose top 5 TMF people I'd want to meet as I have always enjoyed the conversations that I have had with the members here that I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet...
