Two Truths And A Lie

You got it Mils B was the lie. I cant stand East Indian food lol

You game next my friend.

New game:

A) My brother and sister-in-law were married at ages 21 (groom) and 20 (bride).

B) My parents were married at ages 23 (groom) and 20 (bride).

C) I was engaged to be married at age 30, but the engagement was broken.

C) is true. I was engaged from March 1980 to October 1980, when we broke up.

I will guess A
A) is indeed the lie. Both my brother and his bride-to-be were only 20 when they married. P.S. They are still married 58 years later with two children and three grandchildren.

So much for my father's prediction (back in 1967 when they got married), "They're too young. They don't know what they're doing. It won't last."

Your game next, Kurch.

Thanks guys. :ty:

New Game

A) My aunt on fathers side was an art is and so we're two of her kids

B) I once had a fever of a 104 and had to be hospitalized.

C) My grandma and grandpa owned a bakery in New Jersey

I always think it's C but I don't always pick it.

C is true. My grandparents had an Italian baker in New Jersey.

B was the lie. Never had a fever of over 103.

New game...

A) I once punched someone for trying to steal my Moms purse

B) I have gotten drunk on 2 occasions

C) My uncle was made an honorary sheriff of Culver City

Wow you got it. Congrats mils. Yea I have never punched anyone. Lol.

Your game next Mils.

I didn't know whether to guess A or B because both seemed out of character for you. Glad I guessed correctly.

New game:

A) All four of my grandparents were alive when I was born.

B) All four of my grandparents entered the United States at Ellis Island between 1910 and 1915.

C) All four of my grandparents reached age 70.

B) is true.
My maternal grandfather, then a bachelor aged 17, entered through Ellis Island in 1910. *He began working and saving money to send for the love of his life.
My paternal grandparents, then a married couple both aged 25, entered with two children through Ellis Island in 1912.
My maternal grandmother, then a spinster aged 21, entered through Ellis Island in 1914. (*He had saved enough by then to send for her. I have always found it remarkable that 1) he didn't shack up with a woman he met in NYC, and 2) she wasn't forced to marry a man of her father's choice back in the town where they both grew up. A true romance.)

Edge will guess next.

C) is the lie.
They lived to ages 98, 91, 75, and 66.
The two women lived longer than their husbands by far. My paternal grandfather died of a heart attack at 66.

Your game next, Edge.
