What time do you have to get up for work?

I usually get up between 5:45-6.

What's your morning routine?

I wake up, start the shower and let it warm up, feed the kitties, go back and take a shower, dress, dry my hair, and finish getting ready. I grab my lunch and things and head out the door.

What do you usually make for breakfast?

If I have time, I eat a bowl of cereal, but most days I just walk out with a piece of fruit or a breakfast bar.

If someone was in the house with you, would you like to start your morning with tickling?

Not everyday that's for sure. I'm not the happiest person when I wake up, so if I wake up to someone harassing me they might get a fist right in the maw.

How long are your showers?

Usually about 10-15 minutes.

How quickly do you get dressed?

I try to lay out my clothes the night before so it takes all of 30 seconds.

Do you pack your lunch the night before, or the day of?

I try to the night before. I actually try to do as many things as possible the night before, because my brain isn't all there when I wake up. I've walked off without breakfast, lunches, my bag, etc.

I get there right on time. I don't want to get there any sooner or any later.

"We" have our own classroom, and it's a pretty hefty sized one.

Two a day.

For the most part yes. At every job there's always going to be those 1-2 people who you find are complete douchebags, but with teaching it's pretty dang easy to avoid co-workers if you want to.

Just to eat my lunch, not much exciting in there otherwise.

Love. I never have issues with them and they are easy to use. Knock on wood of course, I'm sure now tomorrow one will melt or something.

Who has been your favorite student, and why?

I don't really have A favorite, there have just been kids I really like a lot. They all tend to have similar qualities, like being hardworking, putting in effort even if their project isn't as good as everyone else's, being fun/funny, etc.

There's really not much time in between. The kids always come early and stay as late as we let them and usually always have questions or need help. I pretty much don't get any "fun" breaks to do what I feel like.

We is me and the woman I work with. We are team teachers because we work in a unique setting with dangerous equipment, so it takes more than one of us in the room to watch the hellions. And it's big because we have so much equipment for them to use.

No, I mean effort is extremely important, but I think we need to do assessment on ability level, and then give appropriate assignments and grade from there. When those kids get jobs, they aren't going to just decide to not give them anything because it's "too hard" so they need to learn ways to learn and adapt to things to become good at them.

A good one. I studied hard, worked hard, turned my stuff in early or on time, and usually got all A's.
