What game are you playing?

Asking me if Katamari is any good is like asking me if I like BREATHING.
You're in the UK, right? Why do I think that? if so you only have the sequel (we love katamari) available to you. If you're in the US I reocmmend playing the original (katamari demacy) first. =^_^=
 
haha I'm playing a stupidly addictive online MUD called Imperian. I warn you no one else play cause you'll end up spending too much money.... 🙁

Ah, I'm in the UK. 🙁 They tend not to give us Brits anything too exciting to begin with, lest we spill our tea and crumpets all over our beige rugs in sheer overexcitement.

Would it work as well if I were to start with the sequel?

Oh, and as for my previous gaming list, consider Tekken 5 flung at the wall - literally. The last boss, Jinpachi, is single-handedly responsible for my controller being covered in deep teeth-marks, and my ridiculous dental bill.
 
Oh it'd work as well. It probably wouldn't make any difference at all really. But having played them both I can't picture starting with the sequel. The whole story behind the sequel is playing off of the fact that the first was such a hit. The actual game is rolling up katamari for rabid fans you encounter in the game. ^^
You should get the gist of it from the opening where they give you a big backstory introduction. it IS sad though that you can't play the original. The cut scenes themselves were wonderful. ^^
 
Well if it means rolling a massive ball around colourfully trippy levels, collecting things like buildings and planes and frogs, it definately seems worth a look. 😀 Thanks! *opens Play.com in a new window*

Im playing monster hunter. LOL golden oldie and it has online so its actually worth the fiver you paid for it 😛
 
OMFG it's $56 (£29.99) over there??
It was $30 (like £16) when it was brand new here and the first game was only $20. They're totally raping you there. I can't imagine people who have never played it paying so much money for such a bizarre game, probably based solely on American hype. Hopefully it'll get down to a more reasonable price soon!
 
I'm still playing NWN.
As long as community keeps supporting it with quality free contents, I'll be playing it.

Sure, it's outdated, but where can you get something *that* moddable, that actually packs a different plot in every module?

Oblivion, Black&White 2, AOE3, CIV4, NWN, Battlefront 2 and Battlefied 2, a little WoW still, and my old favorite WC3. Oh the custom games you can find on battlenet

I play Call of Duty-United Offensive a lot! Am currently playing Vampire - Bloodlines (again), Age of Wonder 3(Shadowlands) and The Movies.
 
For me, it's sports sims. I'm currently doing APBA Baseball for WIndows 5.5, re-doing the 1989 season. I'm managing the Cubs to see if I can get them past the Giants and into the World Series.

I know, boring as all get out to some, but I'm a big baseball geek.

I just finished setting up and ezteams web page for the youth league team I coach. I'd post the link to it, but unsure if a smart idea to post a link to a kids ball team page in an 'adult' web site. Might get me in trouble. Oh well...
 
Half-Life 2 - Deathmatch at the moment. hooked on this Co-Op mod they have, it's very fun!

Better than those crappy AGWS they had in Xenosaga. Ugh, those things were pitiful.

And I actually own a copy of the game. Doesn't stop me from playing it on ePSXe nonetheless!
 
Playing three actually. Table Tenis, which is so addicting. Hitman Blood Money, and The Movies. I just recently picked the Movies back up because of the expansion that is coming out for it soon.

Oblivion

Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends

Star Wars: Empire at War

And Knights of the Old Republic.
 
The mechs in the second xenosaga work pretty good. Especially when you get EMAX 300 and turn it loose on your foes >.>
 
ah Knights of the Old Republic! If and when KOTOR 3 comes out, I'll be a buyin!

The only computer games I play regularly is AOM Titans and online poker, courtesy of Truepoker.net. (It's been working really good for me so I felt a shameless plug was in order)

I've yet to get very far in that, but if E.S. Asher is any indication, I like it already.

Quite the opposite: PSX games look way better on ePSXe. 🙂
I just hope you made an iso out of it, so you can better preserve your disk.
I own legit games but I won't jeopardise the original cd/dvd, if I can avoid it. 🙂
