I don't normally post in this forum but I despise celery, the texture and the taste. Perfectly good tuna and chicken salads have been sullied by the stuff.

that only depends on how much celery is chopped into such salads. if its a little, then it adds a little tasty crunch. If its alot, then yeah, it is overkill a bit
