I actually love celery. It is awesome with peanut butter or cream cheese. Its a natural diretic and, you know when you just feel like you need to be munching on something if your stressed or bored? Celery gives you that crunch....that satisfaction of munching without alot of calories. Unless you add the peanut butter or cream cheese. Its very versatile. Adds a nice flavor with onion and other veggies when your cooking.
