Post 3994, leenotler, that second one isn't Belldandy. If anything it's Urd, but I don't even think that it's her. The goddess mark is wrong. Though, I have no idea who it actually is. A lot of these designs make me think of characters from fighting games, which I don't play.

Thanks Anime! :happy: Of course, you started this new direction with some very nice material I'd never seen before! Wish I could be more helpful about that show. I got most of the pictures I presented from a cluster of Asian message boards and I can't read any of the text. Here's the address, in case you'd like to check them out:

Since both you and Jay have a solid grounding in the Japanese language, you guys might find useful information where I've failed (actually, I'm not sure that these are Japanese sites, only that they seem to be Asian). Most of the anime-related stuff hovers around that red "new" notice about midway down the list (though pertinent things are spread all over). The content of these boards changes constantly, so finding something specific on a return trip isn't reliable. If I do encounter any of these pictures again, I'll be sure to make a copy of the text. Babelfish might be able to supply a useful translation.

Those are very cool pictures, Sable Sword! Very nice stuff! You're so well known for your stories that I forget you do really fine artwork too!

Pic #2 is of an Ah! My Goddess character... that's Hild, Urd's mother and CEO of all demons (remember, Urd is half-goddess and half-demon).
