No, if we were to look at it from a Freudian point of view, holding a man's sword has a clear sexual meaning as in human imaginery swords represent the male member, and the latin word for sheath is actually "vagina" - so putting the sword, "ferrum", in the "vagina", not only means sheathing one's weapon, but also...

I am actually weeping with jealousy. So many swords cooler than mine. The nicest one that I own is some sort of Japanese sword but it's not even a particularly expensive one. Personally I go more for the old English stuff.
