I keep organized by making a folder on my Desktop specifically for images I uploaded already. That way I don't deluge the TT with duplicates.

I copy all files to upload, copy>paste them into that folder, and if one catches as already being in there, I remove it from the list. Then, I paste the accepted ones into a separate folder to upload and then delete. *Is win*
