Hmmm I have ot agree with you...

A lot of choices on here don't surprise me, especially with emo and nu metal spewing their garbage about these days. But I'm honestly shocked at some one the choices on here. Radiohead, The Beatles, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Yes, Rush, Pink Floyd - these are considered bad bands? Are your ears set on dumb? J/K. It seriously surprised me though. These bands represent such creativity, style, tastefulness and skill. Maybe not everyones taste, but give credit where credit is due peoples.

I would say most bands today ( I said most.. not ALL ) are signed for just the fast buck not for long term dollar and creativity. Those Still arouns like Aerosmith. Stones, Bruce Springsteen who are doing new material.. not living off the past. Ones that suck today IMHO ( and these can be just single artists too ) 50-CENT ( first he made money selling drugs to our kids.. now he is selling his shit in music format ),

I heard this song on a MOJO magazine cd sampler, Frankie. And actually bought their disc! They're ok for a little while, then they get on your nerves big time. The singer sounds more and more like a hobbit as the songs go on.

I've since sold the disc back.

I bought that same issue of MOJO, Drew! That CD sampler is also where I heard that song for the first time. With a name like Jennifer Gentle I thought the singer would be a hot chick with a terrible voice but I was terribly mistaken. It wasn't a hot chick at all.
