Locomotive 611 is a large locomotive that has four large driving wheels on each side. It was built for passenger service and now used for excursions in the Virginia area.

Recently I took an Autumn Leaf Excursion from Spencer, North Carolina down to Toccoa, Georgia. It was an all day trip,and I visited a scenic waterfall on a college campus while I was there.
