How creative this was we don't know,but there was the year Don,Jim and ourselves got kicked out of every go kart track at Bagnell Dam.😀 This was a prelude to The Great Bottle Rocket Battle of 1975 at Lake of the Ozarks State Park,which we referenced in another thread.This was also the year we passed out on a boat and almost fell into said lake.

The local sawbones seemed skeptical of our claims of not having ingested any adult beverages or some other mind altering substances.

We look back on those times with amazement and we must admit more then a bit of amusement,and wonder how we wound up being such a boring old fart.

We did not visit said park during the bicentennial year,being busy elsewhere.As to skinny dipping,we can honestly say that is an activity we have never engaged in.For this mankind should be eternally grateful.😀

We had not assumed the persona of bugman in those years.The headline more likely would have read Stoned Hippie Dies In Lake.😛

Regarding our longevity we must agree and can only speculate as to the reasons why we remain above the soil.
