Why do they sterilize the needle for lethal injections?

You'd think there would be a less reasonable explanation for this...

There are several explanations: cannulae are sterilized during manufacture, so using sterile ones is routine medical procedure. Secondly, there is a chance that the prisoner could receive a stay of execution after the cannulae have been inserted, as happened in the case of James Autry in October 1983 (he was eventually executed on March 14, 1984). Finally, it would be a hazard to prison personnel to use unsterilized equipment.

What was the first tickling video you saw?

The first video I knew of was one with Kiri Kelly, called Bound, tickled and tied (don't get me started about the awkwardness of the title. Wait, she's bound AND Tied? Whoa!) I saw it advertised in a bondage catalog that I had ordered because they listed tickling as one of the interests they catered to. Until then I didn't realize that tickling videos might even exist. I didn't order it, but years later someone gave me their copy.

The first one I ever actually bought was one in a store, called Feathered Playmates or something like that. It was a compilation of a lot of not-that-interesting scenes from other videos, and it was only occasionally good, and that by accident 🙂

On a more serious note, I guess I can't really think of anything unique about me. There's a lot of good, and a lot of bad, but I don't think any of it is especially unique to me.

I don't really know why exactly. I have an instinctive desire to keep a part of myself, to myself, and I've always been that way.

I remember seeing Meg Ryan during an interview on Inside the Actor's Studio and she said, about some movie or other, "I felt really revealed. I don't mind being revealed, but I want to know that it's in service to something important."

And I remember thinking, I know exactly what she means.

That's as close as I can come to an answer to that one.
