I'm not entirely sure. That's why I wanna watch it LOL It seems to have something to do with using suction on your skin to create these round marks, and eventually it breaks the skin. It looks and sounds gruesome, but someone I talked to who has had it done says that when you do a bunch in the same area it feels like a deep tissue massage.
