So you going to the game? Mets/Yankees both rained out Thursday but it didn't even rain!
 
That's some game! How far of a commute is it from you to go to the stadium?
 
Depending on how the D train is running, averages 75 minutes subway ride from Columbus Circle to Stillwell Avenue, Coney Island.
About 10 minutes walking on both ends of the trip.
 
Pretty long trip Mils. Crazy but I never been on the subway.
 
Okay, Westchester is part of the NY metropolitan area but has no subway service. 😀
 
I could afford to buy a car, but the insurance and cost of an indoor parking garage in Manhattan make it impossible to own one here.
 
Oh yeah many years ago we paid for a parking garage for a few hours and it was like $45...now it's probably $90 lol.
 
Even when you're not using your car, the monthly cost of a garage is enormous. 😱
 
I have my car 10 years. Bought it brand new. And it still drives great. And good gas mileage.

Yes, I think so, complete with large electric bills for A/C. 🙁
 
I have to say A/C is one of the greatest inventions along with DVR.
 
But they say Arizona is a "dry" heat but when it's 100 degrees does it feel that much less hot than a humid 90?
