Yeah I went to bed 1AM that night. That's the latest I think I've gone to sleep all year.
My last work day of the year woohoo.
 
I am. I'm trying to low-key it mostly. I have a lot of stuff to do around the house. Cleaning up, bought new clothes want to throw out some old stuff, food shopping, laundry, and play Hangman.
 
I don't need to prepare beyond not forgetting to bring the bottle of single malt whiskey from Scotland that I already bought.
 
Well you're all ready then!
I'm going to order pizza.
 
Well Mils the holiday season is really over now. It feels it.
 
Yes, January 2nd always comes with a thud. 😱 (Unless it happens to be Saturday or Sunday.)

Yes, about once a week, including today. I woke up at 4am for no reason and couldn't fall back asleep. 🙁
 
And I check if you're posting to get a few Hangman posts in before my run. Addiction much?
 
It was a tough end of the year I lost my dog suddenly. He's been sick for the last 28 months. But he passed away suddenly on New Year's Eve. He only still was 7 years old. I won't tell you the whole story to bore you but he overcame so much. 28 months ago he got cancer and the doctors wrote him off saying he had 6 months to live tops. 28 months later he was running around crazy every single day. And he didn't pass away from cancer. He beat it. Had other issues due to a weaker immune system the last couple of years caused from chemo. But pretty amazing life he had.
