It is higher risk if you have the same letter in both words. If the player guesses that letter, then they may get a quick solution. But it also makes fewer correct letters for them to guess at the beginning.

Indeed! Hangman 101. Well tomorrow Christmas Eve...my biggest family dinner of the year. I take an annual traditional walk I started over 20 years ago on my own right before dinner. I help but then I leave for 20-30 minutes to take a walk around the neighborhood, take in all the lights and think about everything.

I don't know why it didn't work.

If you are making a post and not in advanced mode, you must click on "Go Advanced."
Then you click on "Manage Attachments."
A new, smaller window appears, and you click on "Add Files" in that smaller window.
Then, you must click on "Browse" and find the file you wish to upload, clicking on "Open."
When the file name appears, you finally click on "Upload."

To find the file after clicking "Browse," it must be already somewhere on your hard drive.

I enjoyed the movie, The Boys in the Boat, very much.

Plans for Chinese food were canceled when I got an invitation to meet a Catholic friend for an early Christmas dinner (with her husband and her mother, a widow) at a French restaurant at 5pm. It turns out that her mother, who I met years ago, thought I was an interesting person with whom to have conversation and asked if I was available for dinner.

The dinner was wonderful. I had rack of lamb and a slice of chocolate cake for dessert.

I worked late today, went straight to visit my uncle/cousins with my brother who is here from San Diego...got home late. Tried to unwind. I'm tired.
