The reason this video got panned on TMF is because it goes south in a huge downer way once the video crosses the line of consent to the extent that the female is not laughing anymore, but is instead cursing, spitting, and screaming at the other people involved. We questioned whether the girl was fully informed and why the scene didn't stop when she demanded it stop.

The video isn't "nonconsensual," it's nonconcensual. For most of us, being turned on turned into being concerned for the female. And since we don't like to pay to feel like we're watching abuse, we said so.

following threads around and inserting your opinion is one thing. following threads around inserting unfounded claims, insulting people and trying to get in the last word from website to website is just not fruitful or fun.

It was amazing to see so many people pissed off about this clip on TMF - for me the whole clip was great - tickle torture means just that - if somebody is not interested in it, then they should go elsewhere - that girl wasn't even in proper bondage and could move around like a freshly caught fish on the pier - she was happy and playful as hell in the beginning - then she became verbal when she started to tire of it - but in the end, by the way she was talking to the producer, she wasn't even angry about it - she knew what it was before she allowed herself to be tied to the bed - and the girl who was filmed right after this one, according to the review on the clip, was there to watch the first one get tickled - and she had no problem being tied down and tickled by the same tickler either - so I think it was much ado about nothing - and I wish the producer success and hope to see more clips and even full-length videos like this in the future.

Well it's probably a matter of taste.

Perhaps she allowed herself to get tied up even though she knew full well that she'll start swearing and cursing. Perhaps she willingly wanted to be treated this way. I've not watched the clip - the link didn't work, but I'm not into tickling where what I'm hearing is cursing instead of laughter. That's my taste, I have no right to stop anyone from loving this style.

#! saw that video clip as i have seen many video clips for many years...i saw nothing out of the ordinary

i just wish you would let this go. There simply is no public outcry to yank this clip or against this company. i think there are 2 of you who really voice strong opinions about this and thats it. Im sure this clip has been downloaded hundreds of times and the mods have examined it. there is no problem, bottom line. Only you insist on keeping this going, for the LAST time do you know something we dont know other than simply "watch the video"? do you have some proof that something happened?

The only "proof" I have of what happened is there for everyone to see, and the descriptions of the videos on Clips4. I, like you, asked specifically for more details -- where was the video shot? Where do the participants come from? What's the understanding? The response I go t back from the producer was that it was all secret, somehow, for some reason. That only elevated my suspicions that something untoward was going on.

I have no doubts whatsoever that there's a huge market for this kind of thing, and I have no doubts that this video will have its defenders. The people who expressed concerns on TMF did so because of what they saw. It may be the case that the woman in this video agreed to what happened. I just doubt it, based on what I saw. But hey, 12 people let Robert Blake go free, too. So, in the absense of a letter from the woman in the video stating that she was violated, by all means, go ahead and feel great about liking what you saw.

Well, I just spent/wasted the last ten minutes of my life reading about this on the TMF, and I have this to say:

First, this should be a dead arguement at this point. You have heard from the producer, have you not? Can you disprove anything he says? What do you want him to do, show you some kind of waiver the girl signed in a different language?... Please. How often do you just watch material assuming the model is of age and consented to this? ALL THE TIME!! The producer said that your accusations are wrong, misquided and offensive to him, so what more do you want? And the things that were being insinuated about him were very offensive...

Secondly, do you know anything about the culture of the country/countries his videos are made in? Hey, I went to China and bought a willing "escort"...do you want to start a crusade aganist me too??? (Hypothetical statement)
Asian cultures are much, much different than ours. It is perfectly acceptable for certain things to take place over there that are not considered acceptable here. Some countries on the other side of the world allow prostitution and things of that nature...and you are complaining this individual tickled a girl and taped it (not implying that any of these models are prostitutes, because I do not know enough to make any such claims). But I do know that this kind of stuff is a business in SE Asian countries. Not calling it right or wrong, but your morals do not apply or have any effect on what happens on the other side of the world. They have different morals and a different lifestyle. So go back to your living room and sit in your recliner, turn on your 32 inch TV, grab a beer, and do the American thing and be thankful we have more opportunities in this country than most.

Complain about something you know more about...like poverty breeding more poverty in America, public education, or the Bush regime(that seems to be a popular one).

No, it's absolutely true. They do it in Africa, the Middle East, and in some parts of the Far East, from what I know anyway.

I certain Muslim countries, the family of such a woman will kill her for "disgracing" her family. Let me give you a hint: your argument doesn't work because your premise that "a cultural thing is a cultural thing" is wrong. It's a position no one can successfully defend.

You started with a video clip that shows a girl in distress with intense tickling not even knowing how much of it is real and how much is acting, then you get after the basic language the tickler uses because it doesn't meet your cultural norms, then you jump on a note that says a fingernail accidentally made a scratch on a girl's skin (not even having seen the clip), and now you compare it all to genital mutilation of 12-year-olds and the murder of rape victims in other countries.
