I think it is the one that Diane is flinging her hair and King says that it tickles.

A Japanese guy on twitter who bought this said the tickling was just offscreen dialogue, the cover is pretty much all you actually get.

Watching "Is That a Zombie" and saw this scene, she looks to have a ticklish back. You can find it in S1 episode 5, you can hear other stuff in the background during the scene too, the whole time I was wishing the MC would shut the fuck up so I could hear :/
