I wish. Unfortunately, Chinese animation seems fairly low budget, so they seem to opt for socks when they can. I'll keep looking though, since it's what I'd like to see as well.

Doesn't seem like anything even close to tickling, lol. Some people do get a bit confused because the Japanese use the word "kusuguttai" a little more broadly than we use "tickling" in English. Hence why you used to have a bunch of short clips with a puppy licking a girl's face, and she says it 'tickles'.
