here's a scene from the manga, "boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai shobon". i think the scene may have been posted before, but it's cute so ;p (the girls under 18 but it's not sexual in my opinion so it should be alright)

Ok, for a start I found this scene, its one that's been floating around a very long time, but I got the whole scene in great quality so that's a plus, its the "爆骨少女ギリギリプリン" (girl barely pudding) one from the list. Interesting to see the events that lead up to it I guess.

she's not 18 though so its in exhentai, the comic starts here, but the tickling is on page 48

Nice find, but unfortunately I don't think it's tickling. She isn't laughing, and poking someone's foot after they've been sitting like that is known to be painful. It's a well-known prank in Japan.
