What I don't quite get of this comic is the ending though. She seems to be waking up or so. Does this mean that it was all just a dream of hers an magical created illusion or something??? Does anybody know what's going on at the end or even in the whole comic if time allows it?

Well, it's definitely tickling. Lots of "kochos" and "foot tickling" specifically. I'd say she was tickled so hard it left marks on her foot, but that's just a guess based on the pics.

Another great find, brk. What's the source manga?

The part that concerns the tickling involves a broken promise of some kind, then the very Japanese "Secret Technique! Foot Tickle Punishment!" that you see in the middle panel there.

well I found some new images and I think it would be nice to share them. the first five are all from touhou.

patchouli~ my favorite girl, Kisume, the bucket girl, Marisa, Keine and finally Alice who looks like is having a little of troubles with her dolls~ <3
 
some more~ the first one is Reimu tickling Tenshi, again from touhou. the second one is the girls of madoka magica having fun, tomoe mami and Sayaka. and the 3 last images are the reason why you should think twice before tickling a Yandere.
 
the first 3 are from a small doujin with the idol master girls, one of them is shijou Takane http://static.minitokyo.net/downloads/06/16/595806.jpg?952541724 very cute girl in my opinion, saddly I don't know the name of the other ^^U

the fourth is about some kind of gameshow where the girl has to answer questions and is tickled, sounds like a pretty awesome concept if you ask me. the last one is just a random cute one.
