Exactly, you proved my point with your last sentence. In NC stories, in which the author can make anything happen up to and including having the tickling done by a unicorn, the victim laughs no matter what-I totally agree that's what people want. But for an (allegedly) real, non-acted NC video that's not supposed to be a fantasy, it would be as you just said: "if she laughed and giggled through out, then i'd scream fake from the roof top!". Any producer with a brain (I said a brain, not a soul) would anticipate that line of thinking from their customers, and realize that a steadily giggling girl would appear phony. Hence, having a girl who stops laughing and freaks would be far more convincing.

Yup, I've taken that into account. My opinion on the video isn't set in stone It's a currently held opinion that could change in the future. But right now we got (for example) 100 people with views on the video and the opinion I've heard is split 50-50 to 60-40 either way. I respect your opinion Buggs, but that's all it is. An opinion. Not cold, hard facts as you seem to believe. Maybe you know something the rest of us don't. Maybe in one of your many conversations with her, Gabby told you it was fake and you're laughing up your sleeve at all us believers right now. Either way i doesn't matter in the end.

I can tell you, she has done some stupdi things but she aint that dum. She cares too much about her posesions to take a gamble on losing it if things went wrong.

Yep, that's probably the most convincing reason I can think of it being a fake too. However she is an exceptionally dumb woman when it comes to business. If Brian and Jeff were more militant and hard-line, either one of them could have sued her for libel or defamation of character, half a dozen times over. I guess that means she's either exceptionally dumb for exposing herself to that kind of risk, or she's a very good judge of how far people will go. Either one doesn't bode well for the Non-Con video.

I couldnt care less how badly the woman was suffering, in fact the more she was suffering the better I like it, and all I care about is MY enjoyment that I get from watching ParadiseVision take the risks FOR me. you know, rather than arguing in endless circles about whether you think NC-1 is fake or not... if you're that convinced it was real, and that something potentially illegal took place, why aren't you reporting it to the authorities? We have a pair of (former) law enforcement folks here asserting the tape is basically a record of assault, and yet nothing's been formally done about it? I don't recall the victim being required to file a report in order for investigation to begin.

I mean sure, maybe she didn't go to the police because she thought no one would take her seriously. But if the police investigated on their own and sought her out instead, she might be more willing to cooperate.

Now if the victim refuses to press charges at *that* point in time, then it's a different story.

And finally, what's the statute of limitations on this sort of thing? NC-1 is what, one, maybe two years old, tops? All you have to do is ship a copy of the tape to the police and say you're concerned, and that should start the ball rolling.

Seriously guys, if you're that outraged by what Gabrielle supposedly did to this poor girl, quit this endless back-and-forth and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Send a message to the other producers considering this that it can't be gotten away with. Otherwise, shut up and revel in your hypocrisy.

You know that is actually a wonderful idea. The website tells the story of how they really held her against her will and tickled "assaulted" her. Imagine the police's internet deptartment getting to see that public statement by PV! You can also notify the Lancaster, CA police department, and give them the mailing address to track down the owners of PV and have a chat with them. Splendid idea splendid.

Why waste your time? First off all, it was staged. Second of all, if it wasn't, the model ended up signing a consent form out of her own will and no court will care about it given that information. You will have to prove that she was forced to sign the consent which she wasn't. Third of all, if you all want to be such good citizens, spend your time raising money for better causes like breast cancer or attend seminars on abused and battered women who REALLY have gotten assaulted, not tickled for an hour.

i am not a hypocrit! i did all i could, and have not bought any further material from p.v. in protest. your post did get me to call a lawyer friend, who is a former procecuter in cook county. she said what was done (by my description) would have been criminal, and felonious. she said she would have love a case like this when she was an a.d.a.

Hmmmm, I thought that might be the case, but wasn't certain. It would certainly have made the LAPD quite a unique force if they'd have taken a personal assault up without victim co-operation. Tax evasion or smoking in public........now that's a different story.

For us tickling is something special, exciting, erotic but for someone subjected to non-consentual, torture style tickling by a group of people with whom she has had little or no previous contact it would have to be a nightmare. Provided of course it were real.

Legally it would definitely be a crime as Steve and Jim have indicated but most Police departments will not even investigate if the victim does not initiate a criminal complaint. The state only initiates complaints on behalf of those who cannot act for or protect themselves in such cases, i.e., the dead, children, handicapped. In the case of the PV video, it wouldn't only fall under assault statutes but also kidnapping or false imprisonment at the least, but most likely all misdemeanors so still no big deal.

I think some of you non-con-types need to get a non-con porking date with the local prison gang to understand what non-consentual really means. Then again, there are probably one or two who would get a wonderful thrill from the event.

LOL Dunno about the FBI (although I think Steve's opinion is quite likely), but CID or Special Branch or The Flying Squad would definatley laugh it out.

Yup, they will move. In fact I'd be surprised if Non-Con 1 from PV wasn't the highest selling vid of all time. As for marketing a video without consent, well obviously that can't happen. Apart from anything else, it's very obviously and provably illegal. That is something PV COULD be nailed for. No-one's suggesting the marketing was non-con.

If the law in Cali is anything like here, it'll be False Imprisonment. As for kidnapping being a misdemeanour, well I think I'm correct in saying that it's a Federal felony with a maximum term of 30 years in the clink. Not sure about the status of False Imprisonment over there though, although I'd hazard a reasonably safe guess that it would still be a felony.
