The meager defenses of the base crumble nearly instantly, vaporizing the evil occupants. But as the power grid is compromised, the magnetic containment helix they'd been storing the experiments in fails, and as the combined energy of the precisely-timed attack devastates the lab and surrounding landscape, the monstrous black goo is freed. It begins FEEDING off the astonishing energy of the attacks, ABSORBING the tremendous power. And it's rate of growth increases exponentially. Rising from the smouldering crater, it's... it's...

MARMZILLA

Contemptuously smacking the two self-congratulating heros hovering over the ruins of the base with one gigantic pseudopod of the nightmare marmalade, much as a man might backhand a gnat, the beast oozes it's way over the blasted terrain as they sail through the air to impact on mountainsides several miles away. Making it's way along Interstate 40, it comes upon and consumes all in it's path, growing larger and more powerful with every erg of energy it comes across. A gas station is scooped up and eaten. Tour buses en route to casinos screech in futile attempts to turn away from it. Then, the beast perceives an enormous source of energy, a moves rapidly to ensconce itself there. On the horizon...

RAJEE!!!! Find Ice and Kurch!!!! Tell them that I could destroy the beast but that it would spell the end of the earth itself!!!! They must come up with a plan to stop it without destroying the planet!!! I shall hold it off until tommorow. If a plan is not found by then, then I shall be forced to obliterate Marmzilla along with the earth!!!!

*Another tremendous boom and Austraila disintigrates into a billion pieces.*

*Tremendous shockwave blasts out from the crater where North America used to be, heating up and boiling all the water in the world, causing a great cloud of superheated steam to blanket the planet.*
