I caution those that are persistant in propositioning our fellow members to stop when your requests are not met, are not shared, or are refused in part or in full by those you are asking of.

Simply put, if someone doesn't want to give you pictures of themselves, for whatever reason(s), stop persisting on it or you will be reported.

A line must be drawn and understood between great, practically zealous admiration for another and respect for another. If what you are asking for is making someone uncomfortable you have no right to persist in pressing them. I find this to be a form of harassment and I personally will not tolerate it here, and if it happens again those involved will be dealt with accordingly.

Now lets please keep this thread on topic and put this unpleasantness behind us. Thank you.

Okay, this is off topic. If you are going to Role Play do it elsewhere please. This is the art forum, and its specifically for art and art related issues. If you want to continue this use PMs, instant messengers, or e-mails please. Such posts take threads off topic and they become less and less viable as time progresses in that its more about the conversation than it is about the art. Theres no reason for an art thread like this to have fourteen pages unless it all has to do with responses to the actual picture(s) or the conversation revolves around the picture rather than the people posting. If you want to chit chat or roleplay, please do it elsewhere, thank you. Lets keep things in perspective. 🙂

Well, I am only currently responsible for the Tickle Art forum, and this issue just so happens to have occurred here. Its under my jurisdiction so thats why I handled it.

If you have a further problem with this individial please notify me or the moderator in charge of the forum the problem occurs.

Also everyone, please go read the sticky I just created for some additional info on how I will run things in the Tickle Art forum. If you've anything to say to me, good or bad, please direct it to me in private. Thank you. 🙂
 
I have to politley disagree with you there, Celtic. If a thread goes OT I think it's up to the original poster to call a halt to it. This is always respected when it has come up in the past.
 
And I apologize for the interuption. However the time frame in which that occured and the time frame in which I was made a moderator was what was off. As a result I am obligated to carry it out.

Just like any other thread, a moderator supervises it. I know it was a rather abrupt and unexpected turn of events, but what happened here needed to be stopped in my opinion. It was clear you were not going to do anything, and I also respectfully disagree with your accessment of my involvement here. Its strictly business now and I didn't mean to comandeer your thread. Sorry Ness. I'm sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one if purely because of the circumstances involved now.

This was a fluke, wrong place wrong time, and now that you all know whats going on, it won't happen again. Though I will assert myself if need be. If this line of conversation must continue I'd suggest we make it private.

I will be closing this thread now to stop any retalitory remarks and counter a possible flame war. It will be re-opened either by TickleTheater or myself once he has gotten a chance to read it.

Any good mod would do the same.
