Perverts on Dailymotion and Youtube uploading tickling clips of very young girls

Okay, so rather than turning this into a thread of "why are you on dailymotion instead of buying the clips from the producers?", I'm just going to nip that in the bud right now because pretty much everyone has been on those sites at one point or another. So please don't post a response here to lecture me.

I'm on dailymotion earlier and at least 2 or 3 of the people who have several tickle videos in their accounts also have several videos of very young girls (either middle school or high school, but definitely younger looking than 18) tied up and being tickled. They are homemade videos that these girls must've made with friends and posted. Now, due to the fact that watching a young girl be tickled isn't illegal, so long as there is no nudity, I feel like these perverts have found a loophole on the internet. Let's face it. If they have tons of tickling clips in their accounts then they are masturbating to tickling, which means that they are also placing clips of minors being tickled on their accounts and possibly jerking off the them as well. It's fucked up and yet there's nothing that can be done about it because there is no nudity involved. It is still very unsettling to think of though.

If it's even suggestive in nature is usually grounds for deletion, really. Hell, YouTube and DailyMotion don't need to wait for something "illegal" to be uploaded before pulling it, since their ToS (which you have to agree to before registering) states they generally can pull anything at any time if they feel it's inappropriate.

There's clearly something creepy about a person having clips of young middle school or high school aged girls tying each other up or having tickle fights. It's unfortunate that the internet has become the bathhouse of the new millenium for pedophiles and perves.

Can't prove it, but it's pretty clear. When the person's account has like 20 Tickle Central clips in it then he obviously jacks off to tickling videos. Then the person has like 5 clips of very young girls being tied up or tickled in homemade videos that were posted on the internet probably as a goof by these kids. Pretty clear this perve is smashing off to little kids doing what is just goofing around to them, but is kinky and erotic for the creep.

As long as he didn't produce the clips himself.....I don't see what you can do about it! Unless he is making sexual comments on the clips...but then it's HIM who should be removed, not the clips.

the thing that does make me VERY sick and sad however, is that there was and may still be offenders of gettin off on and encouraging child & pre teen tickling vids amungs this community right here!

If you read my original post, my entire point was that we can't do anything about it despite it being clear what this person's intent is with the videos. As long as there is no nudity or sexual content, any creep can jerk off to little girls tickling or tying each other up. The internet has provided a loophole for them to get away with this shit because it isn't considered kiddy porn or something even though they are obviously using it for sexual gratification if it's included amonst like 30 other tickling clips in their favorites section.

I didn't flag the vid, nor did I intend to. I was just point out how disturbing it was when I click on a tickling clip and these middle school girls appear in front of the screen tying each other up. That's when I realized I must have been viewing videos from some perverts account. He had a lot of other tickling clips from producer's sites with legal aged girls, but he had like 5 or six clips of clearly underage girls, and I felt that was alarming.

You're minunderstanding what I'm saying. First off, in the states it's illegal to see a naked girl under 18 so it's pretty creepy for an adult to be getting off to teenage girls under 18, especially if the adult is significantly older. Secondly, "alarming" does not indicate "what to do about it." It just means I find it to be bothersome.

I understand it's illegal in the states (here the legal age for naked pictures is 16, although most photographers still don't do it before the girl is 18), but still I fail to see the creepiness of it. It's more in people's minds than it being a real issue.

I don't see the problem if the person is just looking at girls of 16 - 17 years....as long as he doesn't exploit an underage girl, oh well! IMHO, it's no different from looking after a girl that age walking by on the street.

Tickling is such a lighthearted fetish that people can easily get away with asking anyone to do it, as long as it's a 'dare' or something. It's not just girls below 18 - they're asking anyone with feet for the most part.

There are people who do it without even being asked. Some people have done it simply because they found out having a 'tickling video' will get a good amount of views. Apparently having a lot of views is a good thing.

The actual act itself is not sexual, so few people ever have their videos removed. Some do, for some reason or another.

Keep in mind also, there’s a good chance some of these accounts are from minors themselves. By the age of thirteen, I was scouring every Playboy/Penthouse/etc. I could get my hands on for any foot or tickle reference. If I was that age today, I would certainly have an account with clips of girls in my demographic and older.

Besides, true pedophiles generally need much more sexually explicit material than a couple of fully dressed kids tickling each other for satisfaction; I wouldn’t loose too much sleep over it.

You know, there really isn't any "loophole" here - and I don't see why everyone is harping on the fact that there's "no nudity". Child porn isn't dependent on nudity. You can't take a picture of a kid sucking off an old man and then when you get hauled into court say to the judge, "But Your Honor, it's not child porn. See? She's not nude!". You're still going to jail.

Generally, porn is defined as something made with "the intent to arouse". Since bondage is a pretty common sexual activity, even among the mainstream, and if the person has other videos that are similar but with adults and more sexually explicit themes on their accounts, a case can be made that the kid vids are indeed porn and should be dealt with.

This is a bit different than a pedo jerking it to the Sears catalog's kiddy swimsuit pages. I really don't think it falls under "people can get off on anything, whaddaya gonna do?".

I say flag 'em. What's the worst that can happen, other than the site ignores your report?

If you see one of these clips, report the clip to the hosting site, DailyMotion, Youtube, whatever. And report the user. And encourage them to do whatever they must do to stop him or her, even if they have to have the police call him/her up and say "hey buddy....stop."

.....or, sit here and debate the minutia for the next 14 pages, while the pedophiles out there....who will never read this thread or even get on this forum, ....continue to encourage naive underage girls to make these videos as dares, requests, whatever.

If all the videos of underage kids are taken off the internet....BIG DEAL.
