If he was just in prison, 9 times out of 10 he does not have visitation rights. Did she just let the kid go down by themselves?. Call the police down there and find out... if people are "missing" somewhere between 24 or 48 hours you can report it. And if all else fails, see the cartoon in Slackers profile.. and think how to apply it 🙂

well here the cops said i could have reported it much earlyer then i did and i did not know that or else i would hve done that and basicly her ex mother in law aka the devil used a lawyer to get tracy to send the kid there and she was susspose to be send back after her visit then her ex husband started his crap and started g
threatning her and using fear and guilt to get her to go there if she daugheter was not there in the first place she would not have went there for nothing i am still praying she comes to her sences and if able to fight this crap and also still waiting to hear from her it will make me feel better

its not taht she does not want to be found i know she went to texas i did not when i started this but i know she went there i think i know where she is going to be staying she is keeping in contact with a freind of hers so i know she did not disapear compleatly off the face of the earth and her friend said she told her when she gets there she will call me

I am going to be keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers and hope that soon your love of your life Saeria and her daughter return home safe and sound. She could maybe be staying with her family or parents, or maybe a shelter, sure she has someplace safe to stay-sure she has a roof under her and she has food and I believe she is safe. I am very sorry this is happening Goth. Hope soon things get lots better for you-hope she returns home to you soon-Saeria and her daughter. I am sure it is not because she doesn't love you-sure she still loves you greatly but right now-just can't make it home yet. So probably best to contact the authorities and try to get this figured out best you can and hopefully soon she will be back. Until then know you are in my thoughts. i just heard from her friend a few minitus ago and she said as of last night she was in Beaumont, TX and she said now her phone is off so hopfully she is just resting up and her freind said that she said she will call me asap

She'll realise that you're the one for her. She may have to find out for herself, and go through some tough times in the process. In the meantime, ask yourself why she chooses to fall asleep next to you everynight, and challenge yourself by developing ways to further enhance the relationship once the fire has died down.

Baggage sucks, and when kids become pawns in the nasty game of custody, there is no winner.

Lets just hope the child involved can come out of all of this with a straight head, and hopefully things work out Gothfreakhell.
