I voted no, as although it doesn't affect myself, there may be people here with a learning disability or dyslexia who try their best to make sure they spell correctly and it could knock their confidence if they see their posts being corrected. JMO
That would be considerate to them but... we don't know who they are.
I wouldn't be able to tell a disabled typer from a stoned surfer or a careless character.
🙂
A typo is still a typo. Typos don't discriminate.
This leads me to point two; few are proud about their typos, able-minded and bodied or not.
Typos are eye-sores, especially to mildly anal types like myself.
I'd rather have mods fix them, than leave them for everybody to see.
Finally, confidence is built around being treated as fully able individuals.
As a foreign speaker, I am the closest thing to an impaired native: while at first it might seem daunting, mods' discreet help would eventually enhance my grasp of english, and help me in mingling smoothly, without singling me out as "challenged", since my typos would be no different from anybody's else.
Just my HO.
