No love for Leia yet? I can't say I recall a giantess in one of the community games so far (although I have a bad memory). Regardless, it's fantastic to see one. It's too bad we couldn't see her fall, but I suppose it's probably better in the long run to avoid that.

Don't worry, your niceness will be rewarded when I get round to the next chapter! Giving it a few weeks before I start work on it, just to be save that there aren't any hidden bugs!

Btw, anyone find the "pillar trap"? And did anyone find (or get) any of the easter egg/reference things in this chapter?
 
Ok, at the risk of sounding like an idiot, what am I forgetting? I entered the magic dungeon and keep getting the game over when trying to walk down the hallway by the crack (yeah, I'm stuck right in the beginning of the new chapter >_<). Did I miss something? Or forget a command button?

do you mean the one from when you put one of the wrong orbs in the slot in the library? If so yes. But I have a question, I got out of the library and saw the ghost thing in the hallway, but I looked at everything and can't figure out what im supposed to do, I don't know if im bad at this or if something is glitching.

You walk in the end of a certain dead end and them a pillar comes up and.... well, we all know what happens next. Am I right?
 
Yes, I got the trap! I was wondering why that little hallway was so long, I knew something had to have been there! lol

The library ones are oooold! I'm on about the stuff from chapter 2! .... Ok, so now 3 people haven't figured out that she walks through a secret hidden in the wall. Go to where she is and press Enter or X depnding on how you play these.

I was bored and though "Why not add in a crazy new trap?". It was originally gonna have a custom sprite with a smile on the pillar... but the game just wouldn't let me match it up with the other bits.

So I take it noone got my metal (head bang metal not shiny make shit metal) inspired reference then?

Finished playing the second chapter. Awesome, like the first :cool

Oh, and also: I like Leia and I hope we'll see more of her, but I also hope we'll see some more of Saria, that "temporarily blind sorceress" that helped us to escape. After all she put her life in danger by remaining in that room under siege; she deserves some love for her good deeds... and I think she would do great as a ticklee... 😉




As for the bugs, nothing comes to my mind right now. I think I found a couple of blank text windows in a dialogue or two, but nothing significant.

OF COURSE I saved Leia. I may be an evil goit, but I still d'awwed at her immediately as I saw her. Well, actually I might have let her die a couple times before... and Lucy too... you know, I wanted to see, uhm, some things. But with the reality-warping power of the arcane Save Screen, I ensured that the right path was eventually chosen for our heroine(s).

As for the blank text windows somewhere... Uh, I don't remember right now, sorry. On the next re-play I'll let you know if I find something 😉

By the way, now that I think about it... here is a little request from a compulsive game saver: could you please increase the number of save slots available? For a multi-chapter game full of riddles, puzzles and game overs, 16 is starting to become a small number...

There's nothing I can do about that, it's how the engine itself works. Only thing I can suggest is making a back-up save folder and giving the saves names so you can remember what they were.
 
There should be scripts for more save slots, but I can understand if you don't want to use them. I've had some obnoxious errors from using scripts.
 
how do u figure out that shadow thing when u in the dungeon? halfway thru, that shadow thing appear and catches to u no matter where u run. how u figure that out?

So it's been a few weeks now and I'd reckon it's safe to say that this version has been pretty fucking stable! So, I'm gonna return to work on it as soon as I finish the elite four!

If you're still going on about the Shadows, just hold down the shift key and get the ever loving fuck out there with a good old dash!
 
when you spend small closely with rock falls there can not pass.I apologize for mistakes in my english but I'm from GREECE and I have never learned.But honestly your game is perfect.
